Strategic planning
- Principal author of the Thurgoona Threatened Species Conservation Strategy and the Albury Ranges Threatened Species Conservation Strategy. These strategies provide the framework for the retention and management of biodiversity values within the urban/industrial development corridor of Thurgoona and the lower slopes of Nail Can Ranges (Signatories to the TTSCS include Albury Wodonga Development Corporation, Albury City Council and NSW Government).
- Principal author of the Wodonga Retained Environmental Network (WREN) Strategy which provides the framework for the retention and management of biodiversity values within the urban/industrial development corridor of Leneva Valley (Signatories to the WRENS include Albury Wodonga Corporation, Wodonga City Council and Victorian Government (DSE and NECMA).
- Co-author of the successful Biodiversity Fund application titled Enriching biodiversity in the NSW Riverina Bioregion by managing the Travelling Stock Reserves Network for nature conservation (~630 TSR reserves, covering over 128,000ha)
- Developed rapid assessment program for determining conservation management of travelling stock reserves in Southern NSW.
- Biodiversity study component of West Corrugan Land and Water Management Plan.
- Developed local assessment and management guidelines for the Box-Gum Woodland endangered ecological community (EEC) for NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service and Environment Australia.
- Prepare Biodiversity Conservation Plan for Charles Sturt University- Thurgoona campus.
- Developed strategy for Department of Sustainability and Environment in Victoria to improve on-ground biodiversity conservation outcomes in priority landscapes in NE Victoria, including setting stewardship and restoration guidelines (currently being implemented)
- Prepared vegetation management guidelines for managing fire fuel risk on environmentally sensitive reserves within Albury and Wodonga.
